Mission

The Marketing Trainee will support the Marketing team in the execution of brand, product and communication initiatives, contributing to the development of campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement and business growth. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple marketing disciplines in a dynamic and international environment. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, digitally savvy and eager to learn about branding, communication, consumer trends and marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Brand Support

- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across different channels.
- Support product launches, promotional activities and brand initiatives.
- Help ensure brand consistency across all communication materials and touchpoints.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to coordinate marketing activities.

Content & Communication

- Support the creation and adaptation of marketing content for digital and offline channels.
- Assist in preparing presentations, newsletters, communication materials and marketing assets.
- Contribute to social media initiatives and content planning.
- Monitor market trends, competitors and industry developments.

Digital Marketing

- Support website and digital content updates.
- Assist in the tracking and reporting of campaign performance and digital metrics.
- Help coordinate email marketing and CRM activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement across digital channels.

Events & Trade Marketing

- Support the organization of trade shows, events and brand activations.
- Coordinate materials, logistics and communication related to marketing events.
- Assist in the preparation of point-of-sale materials and commercial presentations.





Market Research & Analytics

- Gather and analyze market, consumer and competitor insights.
- Prepare reports and summaries to support marketing decision-making.
- Support performance tracking and campaign evaluation.

Required Qualifications

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Advertising or a related field.
- Eligible for an internship agreement with a university or business school.
- Strong interest in marketing, branding and consumer behavior.
- Fluent English (minimum B2 level; C1 preferred).
- Spanish required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or digital marketing tools is a plus.
