As part of this exciting growth phase, we are looking for a highly talented Senior Interior Designer with proven experience in hospitality design to join our dynamic and multicultural team.This is a unique opportunity to lead high-end, concept-driven hospitality projects within a globally connected studio, contributing both creatively and strategically while mentoring emerging talent.About the Role As a Senior Interior Designer, you will lead projects from concept through completion, acting as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams. You will combine creative vision, technical expertise, and project leadership to deliver exceptional, detail-driven design solutions aligned with luxury hospitality standards.Key Responsibilities Lead client consultations to understand vision, functional needs, and aesthetic directionDevelop and present conceptual design proposals, including space planning, mood boards, and design narrativesProduce and oversee design documentation : floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawingsDirect material and FF&E selection, ensuring alignment with concept, quality, and budgetCoordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure seamless executionManage projects end-to-end, overseeing timelines, budgets, and design qualityEnsure a strong balance between design excellence, functionality, and user experienceDeliver compelling client presentations,
