In this role you drive the transformation of complex System of Systems architectures into tangible multi-domain demonstrators, shaping the future of vertical flight. You lead end-to-end technical and programmatic delivery, coordinate cross-divisional and external stakeholders, and shepherd technologies from Ru0026amp;T into core Ru0026amp;D products. Your work blends systems engineering with funding strategy, ensuring compliance and impactful demonstrations.

You will operate in a fast-paced, high-impact environment with a focus on integrity and collaboration.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Lead end-to-end technical, programmatic, and planning execution of high-value multi-domain demonstrators up to TRL 6-7
- Define and manage the strategy for capture, management, and justification of public funding
- Oversee integration of SoS architectures (manned helicopters, UAS, C2, cloud, sensors) ensuring data fusion and real-time awareness
- Coordinate complex network of stakeholders including government entities, public authorities, operators and technology partners




- Ensure seamless handover of matured technologies from Ru0026T to core Ru0026D product programs within Engineering CoCs
- Coordinate schedules and deliverables for external funding audits and liaise with public funding bodies
- Protect knowledge and IP under guidance of Head of IP throughout design, development and testing stages

Responsabilidades

- 10+ years in aeronautical program management
- Strong track record in leading complex systems, SoS architectures or multi-domain demonstrators
- Advanced SoS engineering background, interoperability, mission systems, tactical connectivity, xugodme sensor fusion
- Knowledge of helicopter EOS/payloads integration and GNC is a plus
- Experience in managing high-value projects, budgets, schedules, and funding audits
- Autonomy to lead multidisciplinary teams with strategic vision
- Ability to navigate ecosystems with government entities and authorities
- Fluency in Spanish (native) and English at negotiation level
- Integrity and risk awareness regarding compliance and reputation
- Willingness to travel nationally and in Europe
