In this role within the Wind Farm Industrial IoT Support team, you will focus on translating operational and technical needs from wind farm systems into clear, structured and implementable SCADA/IIoT requirements. You will also combine SCADA expertise with a strong focus on defining and improving system requirements, acting as a key interface between operations, support and engineering. testing and deployment of new SCADA features, configurations and system updatesIdentify recurring issues and improvement opportunities, driving standardization and continuous improvement across wind farmsProvide 3rd-level support for SCADA/IIoT applications, troubleshooting complex technical issues and supporting lower support levelsCreate and maintain documentation, training materials and knowledge-sharing activities while collaborating with international teamsYour ProfileBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related technical field*At least 5 years of experience in SCADA, IIoT, industrial IT/OT or similar environmentsProven experience in Requirements Engineering, Product Ownership, Technical Project Management or similar rolesStrong knowledge of SCADA systems, RTUs/RTACs, industrial communication protocols, Linux/Windows environments and databases (WinCC required)Experience translating business and operational needs into technical requirements and working closely with development teamsStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication and documentation skills in complex technical environmentsAdvanced English level (C1–C2) and availability to travel.
