In this role, you will onboard, activate, and support Spanish-speaking customers to implement Factorial. You’ll tailor the setup to each client, collect feedback, and identify improvements to fit local needs. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to shape the customer journey and unlock opportunities in the Spanish market. This is a hands-on, consultative role with a strong impact on product adaptation and customer satisfaction.

- Previous experience as Onboarding Specialist/Implementation owner or Client Success is a plus
- Knowledge of Human Resources is a plus
