We are looking for a Commercial Director to lead international sales strategy and execution within the automotive components sector in the Barcelona area and surroundings. This role combines strategic leadership with a hands‑on approach to customer relationships, technical sales, commercial transformation, and team development.

Responsibilities

- Define and execute the international commercial strategy to achieve business and sales objectives.
- Lead and develop the sales organization through a collaborative, results‑focused management style.
- Build and strengthen strategic relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 customers, and other key stakeholders.
- Implement modern commercial processes and digital tools across the sales function.
- Improve CRM usage and data analysis capabilities to support commercial decision‑making.
- Drive continuous improvement while adapting commercial priorities to a dynamic international environment.

Requirements





- Bring at least 7 years of experience in Commercial Director or equivalent senior sales leadership positions.
- Demonstrate full responsibility for sales strategy and execution in an international business environment.
- Bring previous experience within Tier 1 or Tier 2 automotive components companies.
- Show strong knowledge of technical sales to OEMs or Tier 1 customers.
- Demonstrate experience implementing sales process improvements, CRM enhancements, digital tools, and data analysis.
- Hold higher education qualifications and communicate fluently in English.
