Job Description

Mission Inside the "NH90 Industry Organization", under the responsibilities of the "Head of operational Control" and by delegation of the "Program Variant Manager", within the Plant Program & Planning team. This position will be accountable for industry schedule and NH90 Spanish prototype support. This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.

- Main activities Accounts on time delivery Industrial readiness.
- Ensures the coherency of the delivery process.
- Monitors and coordinates all operations necessary actions needed to deliver the helicopter Decide in case of conflict, the priority in the frame of the same customer (I believe this is program role) Implement and Monitors the associated production plan
- To support to the development & retrofit activities until customer delivery
- Provides recovery plans and monitors action on operations critical issues
- Establishes production progress reports to program according to contractual requirements.
- Defines and monitors industrial KPI's
- Contributes to the elaboration of the Improvement Plan Reports to TRT Steering committee on all industrial activities
- Contributes with the project department to define Experimental Aircraft configuration.
- Contributes to TNs Lay up and ATBRs elaboration and signature.
- Participates in different multifunctional forums as “Industry” representative.

Requirements

- Professional experience +2 years in planning & resource management activities




- Experience in Lean activities is recommended

Competencies Basis financial understanding Knowledge of fundamentals required in Production/ Business improvement fundamentals Core Scheduling knowledge Establish planning scenarios Interact and Influence Manage the Master Planning parameters Planning and Scheduling tools Run capacity planning SAP - Production Planning Understand the whole Supply Chain Industrial Improvement Coordination & Performance Industrial control Business improvement fundamentals& improvement management Interact and Influence LBIP+ Methods & Tools Quality fundamentals Aircraft technical knowledge is a plus.
