About Triple

Triple is building the intelligence layer for financial services. From our roots in merchant transaction data, we’ve expanded to solve one of the industry’s biggest challenges: payment disputes. We deploy AI agents that automate them for top-tier card issuers.

With $10M in funding and a general footprint spanning over 60 banks and fintechs (including Airwallex, Qonto and Trade Republic), we are a fast-moving, experienced team.

What you will do

- Own whole product areas, from the problem a bank has to the shipped feature and the numbers that show it worked: recovery rates, time per case and where cases stall.
- Decide what we build next. Work with banks, analysts and the cases themselves to find the problems worth solving, and turn them into product.
- Make product and architecture calls that still hold when we run disputes for many more banks and fintechs.
- Design how disputes run on AI agents: what the agent decides, where a person steps in, and how the bank sees that each decision followed the scheme rules.
- Prototype fast, put it in front of real users, and cut what does not work.
- Build across the whole stack yourself: domain model, APIs, agent flows, and the interfaces analysts and cardholders use.
- Work AI-first, as all of Triple does. We use and build our own agent tooling every day: coding and QA harnesses, knowledge graphs, synthetic customers.

What you need

- 6+ years building production software,



including at least one product area you took from an idea to something customers depend on.
- Strong full-stack engineering: you can build a whole feature alone, from schema and API to agent flow and interface. Strong TypeScript; Go, Python or another backend language is a plus. Today we run TypeScript, Next.js, Postgres and Temporal on Google Cloud, and that will change as we scale.
- Product judgment you can point to: features you proposed, built and measured, and ideas you dropped.
- You think beyond the next ticket. You can say where a product should be in two years and what to build this month to get there.
- You have built B2B products that other companies, ideally financial institutions, run their operations on.
- You have shipped LLM features to production and designed the product around where they fail.
- You communicate clearly, to engineers and to the people who run dispute operations.
- You move fast and verify what matters. Where money, deadlines or client data are involved, you prove it works before it ships.
- English proficiency is required. Spanish is a plus.
