French-Speaking Customer Success Manager | London or Madrid | Hybrid We're partnering with a fast-growing SaaS business to hire a French-speaking Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers across the French-speaking market.

This is a commercially focused Customer Success role, adecuado for someone who enjoys building senior stakeholder relationships, driving renewals, identifying expansion opportunities and delivering measurable customer value.

What you'll be doing:

Managing a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts

Owning customer renewals and revenue retention

Driving upsell and expansion opportunities

Building relationships with senior decision-makers and executive stakeholders





Leading strategic customer conversations focused on value and outcomes

Collaborating with technical teams to support customer adoption and success

What we're looking for:

Business fluent French and English

3+ years' Customer Success experience within a SaaS environment

Experience managing enterprise or strategic accounts

Strong commercial acumen with a track record of renewals and growth

Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers

Experience with value-based customer success methodologies is highly desirable
