In this role you will shape Sulzer’s data and analytics landscape in Madrid, turning data into AI-ready assets that empower cross-functional teams to make better decisions. You will be the bridge between business stakeholders and technical squads, driving analytics solutions across finance, manufacturing and supply chain. You’ll advance AI-enabled analytics capabilities and contribute to data governance in an international environment.

- Design and deliver scalable BI and analytics solutions aligned with business needs
- Translate business requirements into actionable data products and reporting solutions
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of KPI dashboards and analytical applications

- Provide guidance and support to business users on analytics tools and best practices

Responsabilidades

- University degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field
- Experience working with Snowflake
- Knowledge of data transformation and modeling tools, including DBT
- Experience with xugodme visualization tools such as Power BI or Qlik Sense
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
- Experience developing KPI frameworks and data models across multiple business domains
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage projects with limited supervision
