We are expanding our global team and looking for a Payroll Specialist to bring their wider knowledge and help us get our product and service more widely known and used.

Location: Remote

Ensure accurate and timely execution of payroll for assigned countries

Prepare and reconcile internal and external payroll reports

Check payroll reports and confirm them before they are declared to legal authorities for assigned countries

Follow up payroll inputs from various source

Control employee expenses and ensure that payments are made by checking whether they comply with the legal rules of the relevant country

Preparing payroll backup for the invoicing processes





Being open to learning about the tax and payment processes of new countries, conducts research and manages the processes

Correspondence with local accountants

Minimum 2 years of relevant Spanish payroll experience (global payroll exposure is a plus). Knowledge of payroll best practices.

Knowledge of economics, accounting and other financial concepts.

Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel & Word).

Excellent written and spoken English; Dynamic and interesting work in an early-stage, funded startup
