- Support construction management and site supervision, monitoring progress and resolving technical coordination issues.
- Track project schedules, costs and risks, preparing progress reports and supporting corrective actions.
- Participate in client meetings and maintain clear communication across project stakeholders.
- Support commissioning, handover and project close-out, depending on the assignment.
You will take responsibility for defined project activities or work packages, with opportunities to broaden your scope as you develop.
The projects you’ll work on

What you’ll bring
Essential

- 3–5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in project management or project coordination.
- Experience in residential, hotel, office or industrial warehouse projects.
- A sound understanding of construction processes and multidisciplinary technical coordination.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage several project activities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with working knowledge of BIM tools and Presto.
- Professional working proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Availability for weekly travel between Málaga and Madrid and other national travel as required.
