Public Sector Process Manager The role implements quality control measures, generates comprehensive reports, and provides recommendations for enhancements. The role focuses on customer satisfaction, evaluates technology solutions, and participates in training programs to develop expertise in relevant areas. Owns a moderately complex operational process, such as configuration & quote, deal coordination, bid management, margin analysis, Customer Resource Management, revenue recognition, invoicing, or organizational sales reporting.

- Implements quality control measures, conducts audits, and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) to maintain high process standards.
- Generates comprehensive reports on process performance and communicates findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Addresses and resolves moderately complex operational issues and escalations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Evaluates and recommends technology solutions to enhance operational processes and support digital transformation efforts.
- Develops expertise in relevant areas, stays updated on industry trends, and participates in training and skill development programs. Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration,



or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in sales, operations management, project management, process improvement, or a related field or an advanced degree with little or no work experience.
