The Opportunity Are you a skilled and experienced Early Childhood Education professional with a passion for leading and developing a team?

Our client is based in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne This service provides a thriving environment where children can explore, learn & play through their unique learning programs.

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader of EARLY YEARS who brings a high standard towards Early Childhood, a progressive perspective & someone who can invigorate & inspire a team of Early Childhood professionals.

This is a temporary role working Full Time (hours days versátil), starting ASAP.

Your responsibilities: Working in partnership with children,



families & the wider community Lead and support the professional development of the Educators and Teachers, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management. Always ensure the safety and well-being of all children, following all policies and procedures. Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations. Foster a positive and inclusive culture that promotes teamwork and respect for diversity

The Requirements: ACECQA approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education or a related field. WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, Police Check Developed interpersonal skills to engage and work with a diverse range of stakeholders. Have highly developed leadership skills, as well as prior experience leading a medium size, diverse & positive team culture.
