Product Designer at Aios Medical — Remote, $90k-$150k/yr inc equity About AIOS AIOS is building the world's first full-stack AI doctor. 150k/mo patients via Bolt Pharmacy, our main UK brand. The $2T European healthcare market is overlooked by the most talented builders. We'll be the dominant full-stack AI doctor in Europe.

In so doing, we'll become the world's first trillion-dollar healthcare company. We're a young, founder-led company. Being a Product Designer at AIOS You'll be taking on a senior, high‐ownership role in product design at Aios Medical.

We have multiple roles in the team across our clinical software and customer facing mobile app. You'll be stepping into a product that has grown fast and needs stronger design leadership, judgment, and structure. Some of this work is visible and polished.

You'll own projects end‐to‐end. That means taking loosely defined problems, talking to the right people, understanding workflows and constraints, and shipping solutions you can stand behind. You might be working with engineers on a customer app flow, untangling a complex internal workflow that's slowing teams down, reviewing CX tickets to understand where users are breaking, or defending a design decision.

You'll report directly to our Head of Product Design (Ryan Wu) and work closely with our Head of Product (Ben Dowdle). You'll also work alongside the rest of our Product and Design org, as well as our engineering and CX teams. This is a full‐time, remote role.

We're async‐friendly and versátil with hours, but overlap with European and US time zones is expected.

Design ownership: You take ownership of design work across products and run projects independently, from problem definition to shipped solution. You design and improve customer‐facing web and mobile app experiences. You work on products with real commercial and regulatory constraints.

End‐to‐end project ownership: You lead projects independently, including discovery, talking to users or internal teams, defining the solution, and shipping it. You're comfortable being senior, helping shape how design works, and supporting other designers as the team grows, without stepping away from hands‐on work.

Experience: You've spent 3+ years designing digital products across web or mobile , including customer‐facing mobile apps or internal tooling.

Robust Portfolio: Your portfolio shows real product work that shows off your design taste. We want to see the problem, the rules you had to work within, and the impact of your decisions - including polished screens of the output. You figure out what needs to be done, who to talk to, and how to move a project from idea to shipped solution.

Craft: You care about clarity and usability more than surface‐level polish.

Formal or equivalent design training: You've studied design, computer science, or a related field - or you've built the same depth of thinking through real product work. What matters is that you've worked on products where design decisions are shaped by regulation, compliance, legal requirements, or strong business rules. You understand that some copy, flows, or elements can't simply be removed or redesigned, and that good design often means improving clarity and usability within those realities Design that gets built: You understand how design decisions show up in real code and systems.

Our cultural standards Accordingly, these are the core cultural standards to which we hold ourselves & our team‐members: We are only interested in "insanely great", a focus on the quality of our execution that in everyday life would be considered pathological. We spend our cash wisely & carefully — in a way that would make our grandmas proud. We don't chase short‐term status — we ignore short‐term dopamine hits and focus on what matters.

You get paid above market salary and you get early stage equity, so you get really rich if we nail this. ~ Healthcare: comprehensive medical insurance (if appropriate).

Vacation: PTO with a yearly minimum (≥2wks/yr + local national holidays) Personal development: budget for books, courses, coaching.

Personal wellness: budget for gym, health apps. GLP-1s: free membership with a clinic offering GLP-1s. Macbook & work‐from‐home equipment provided as needed.
