Our international teams in the US and Barcelona deliver results through smart strategy, sharp creativity, and meticulous execution.About the roleWe are looking for a Senior Retoucher to support multiple creative teams across Dragons, working across beauty, skincare, FMCG, lifestyle, product, retail, and point-of-sale projects.This role requires someone with a strong eye for detail and premium visual execution, capable of elevating imagery while adapting to different brand worlds and creative needs. The ideal candidate understands both social-first aesthetics and production-ready retouching standards across digital and print environments.The candidate should feel comfortable working in fast-paced agency environments, supporting high-volume creative output while maintaining consistency, quality, and visual polish.A strong understanding of AI-powered creative workflows is essential, as AI-assisted image generation and retouching tools, including the ability to refine generated imagery and resolve inconsistencies through expert retouching and compositing are increasingly integrated into the agency’s creative and production processes.Key responsibilities· Retouch and enhance visuals across beauty, skincare, FMCG, retail, and lifestyle projects while maintaining premium visual quality.· Independently execute high-end photo retouching, complex compositing, colour correction, cleanup, and product enhancement across digital and print projects.· Deliver premium beauty and skincare retouching, preserving natural skin texture, realistic detail,



and the intended brand aesthetic.· Build convincing composites through accurate lighting, perspective, scale, reflections, materials, and shadows.· Translate approved creative direction into finished imagery, maintaining consistency across master visuals, campaign extensions, and asset adaptations.· Assess briefs and source assets before execution, flagging missing information, technical limitations, and potential production issues early.· Recommend technical solutions and provide realistic time estimates for retouching tasks, helping creative and project teams plan delivery effectively.· Refine AI-generated and AI-assisted imagery, correcting visual artefacts, anatomical inaccuracies, product inconsistencies, and integration issues.· Adapt visuals to different brand identities across social media, campaigns, e-commerce, packaging, presentations, retail, and POS materials.· Collaborate closely with Designers, Art Directors, and Production teams in a fast-paced agency environment.· Take ownership of retouching quality control, checking visual accuracy, consistency, and technical specifications before handoff.· Prepare organised, editable working files and production-ready deliverables, following naming, versioning, colour management, and export standards.· Contribute to shared retouching standards and workflows, providing technical guidance and sharing expertise with other team members.· Support high-volume creative production while ensuring consistency, accuracy,
