We’re looking for an experienced performance marketer to run and scale international paid campaigns for a general luxury fashion brand, where brand prestige and measurable revenue have to work together. This role is fully remote and we hire globally.What you will be doing Plan, launch and optimize international paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube), Pinterest and othersDrive e-commerce revenue at a luxury level: high AOV, ROAS, CPA, new-customer acquisition and customer lifetime valueBuild full-funnel strategies, from prospecting and retargeting to retention, across multiple markets and currenciesManage product feeds and catalog and Advantage+ Shopping campaigns, and optimize product-level performanceBrief the creative team on assets that perform without diluting the brand’s premium, high-fashion lookAnalyze performance in GA4, Excel and BI dashboards, find the insights behind the numbers and turn them into clear next stepsReport results in clear, presentable formats for client and leadership stakeholdersUse platform automation and test new ad products (alpha and beta programs) to stay aheadWork with brand,



e-commerce and CRM teams to align paid media with collections, drops, seasonal campaigns and sales periodsScale our client’s success: we only grow if our clients growWhat you bring Minimum 2 years of performance marketing experience, ideally in fashion, luxury, lifestyle or e-commerceProven results managing six-figure monthly budgets across Meta and Google, with ROAS and CPA targetsStrong grasp of the core metrics (CPM, CPA, ROAS, AOV, LTV, MER) and attribution, tracking and pixel/CAPI setupsExperience with product feeds, catalog ads and Shopping/PMax campaignsAdvanced Excel and Google Sheets skills; dashboard experience inLooker, Tableau or Data Studio (BigQuery is a plus)An eye for fashion, aesthetics and brand tone, and the judgment to protect a premium brand while still performingFluent English; other languages (German, Italian, French, Arabic, etc.) are a plus for international marketsExcellent presentation skillsVery analytical, structured and accurate, with attention to detailMotivation to learn and grow, and curiosity about what’s next in digital advertisingNice to have App marketing, MMP or SKAN experienceExperience with CRM and email/SMS, or retention marketing#J-18808-Ljbffr
