As an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant at Accenture, you will design, develop, and deploy SAP-based HR solutions for clients across Spain. You’ll translate business needs into SAP requirements, lead multi-disciplinary delivery, and nurture client relationships from local to integral delivery centers. Expect opportunities to influence projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and work in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment that values diverse thinking.

Responsabilidades

- 4-6 years of Experience xugodme with SuccessFactors
- Knowledge of Employee Central, Payroll and/or Recruiting Management
- experience developing functional and systems specifications
- Excellent English and Spanish for consulting
- good communication skills and strong team player
- occasional travel may be required
