We are looking for a high-impact senior individual contributor to architect and oversee our general compensation, rewards, and performance ecosystems. In this role, you will be responsible for engineering a scalable, market-leading remuneration strategy that aligns talent incentives with our broader business objectives across all international territories.

- Orchestrate a comprehensive global rewards philosophy tailored to diverse employee groups and regional markets.




- Maintain a competitive edge by leading continuous market intelligence projects, including salary surveys and peer benchmarking.
- Build integrated pay structures, bonus models, and incentive frameworks that drive organizational success.
- Standardize international compensation protocols to ensure transparency, internal equity, and legal compliance.

Performance Architecture

- Construct and refine evaluation frameworks that create a clear, data-backed link between individual contributions and financial rewards.
- Act as a strategic partner to HRBPs and executive leadership to ensure performance standards are adopted and applied consistently.
