In this role you help develop and review long-term supply plans and align inputs with demand forecasts. You will execute regional mid-/long-term planning cycles and monitor constraints, contributing to efficient inventory management and allocation decisions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, prepare Su0026amp;OP inputs, and drive continuous improvements in planning accuracy and responsiveness.

This position offers regional impact and growth within Henkel’s supply chain team based in Barcelona.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Assist in developing and reviewing long-term supply plans aligned with demand forecasts
- Execute mid-/long-term MPS, RCCP, and DRP plans for the region
- Monitor supply network constraints and under-utilizations, providing data and recommendations to the SC team
- Review inventory policies, track slow-movers, and monitor obsolete stock




- Identify Finished Goods requirements and prepare allocation proposals based on business priorities
- Provide inputs and reports for regional Su0026OP meetings to ensure supply-demand alignment
- Collaborate with Operational Supply Planning and Material Planning to ensure supply availability and resolve issues
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning efficiency and accuracy

Responsabilidades

- 3-5 years of experience xugodme in Supply Chain or Material Planning
- Fluent English
- Degree in BA, Engineering or Supply Chain
- Experience with advanced planning tools (APO, Kinaxis, o9, OMP)
- Experience with ERP systems like SAP
- Good team player and motivation to grow in the supply chain team
