In this role you lead the manufacturing engineering scope for strategic projects, delivering simple yet robust solutions that keep projects profitable. You will coordinate a cross-functional extended team and ensure lessons learned are captured for continuous improvement. You act as a catalyst for collaboration across engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing to accelerate BEV-ready modular production.

The position sits at OPmobility’s drive to shape safer, more sustainable mobility through innovative exterior and module solutions.

- Provide simple, robust solutions to ensure profitability
- Orchestrate cross-functional management of the extended team
- Capture and apply lessons learned
- Coordinate with EPM, CPM, SPM, PM, and PQL and suppliers
- Ensure alignment with BEV architectures xugodme and modular production goals

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor's degree with experience or Master's degree
- Strong leadership and synthesis abilities
- Organized, rigorous work style
- Excellent communication in English
- Project management skills
