We are also highly tech-oriented, viewing digital innovation, process optimization, and efficiency as core strategic pillars of our growth.ResponsibilitiesSupport and optimize SAP Business One and connected business systems across key operational areasTroubleshoot ERP and system issues using configuration, SQL/data analysis, and business process knowledgeMonitor and support integrations, EDI, BPA workflows, and other connected system processesManage and prioritize business system issues based on business impact and own them through resolutionSupport ERP upgrades, implementations, enhancements, testing, and process improvement initiativesUse SQL and reporting tools to investigate issues, validate data, and support dashboards and KPIsIdentify opportunities to automate processes, improve efficiency, and strengthen reporting and data visibilityWork closely with business users and technical teams to translate operational needs into practical system solutionsSupport Google Workspace, user access, macOS, MDM,



and IT asset management as neededThe Idóneo Candidate Will HaveHands-on experience with ERP or business systems; SAP Business One strongly preferred, but other established ERP platforms will be consideredStrong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills, with experience managing support requests through resolutionWorking knowledge of SQL and confidence using data to investigate issues and validate resultsExperience with system integrations, automation, ERP configuration, implementations, upgrades, or UATGood technical understanding of databases, reporting, APIs, and basic scripting/development conceptsAbility to understand business processes and translate user needs into practical system solutionsStrong communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skillsExperience with Google Workspace, macOS, MDM, Halo, or Jira is a plusEducation And Experience4-6+ years of experience in ERP, business systems, application support, or related technical rolesBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, or related field preferredFluency in English (oral and written), Spanish is a plus.Work EnvironmentHybrid work arrangement; candidates must live within close proximity to NSI's Barcelona office.Standard working hours are 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday, supporting our international team.Occasional flexibility may be required to support critical business systems outside normal hours.
