AtAstek, we are looking for anIT Product Manager – Finance Forecasting & AIto join an international project for a leading company in thePharma / Life Sciencessector.The selected candidate will play a key role in shaping and evolving digital products within Finance, translating strategic priorities into a clearproduct roadmap and backlogand working closely with multidisciplinary teams acrossFinance, IT, Data and AI.High level of EnglishTranslate strategic priorities into a clearproduct roadmap and backlog.Guide amultidisciplinary squad, ensuring the delivery of valuable and scalable capabilities.Work closely withFinance AI, Finance ERP, IT and business teams, aligning priorities and managing dependencies.Balanceglobal solutions with local business needs.Drive product prioritization and support pragmatic decision-making to accelerate business value.Connectinvestment decisions with business valueand manage product budgets.Support the development and evolution of Finance capabilities leveragingdata, advanced analytics and AI.Engage with senior stakeholders and ensure alignment across business and technology teams.Who are you?Solid experience inProduct Management / Product Ownership, ideally within complex international environments.Strong knowledge or experience inFinance forecasting, financial planning or FP&A.Experience defining and managingproduct roadmaps and backlogs.Experience working withAgile methodologiesand multidisciplinary teams.Good understanding ofadvanced analytics, Machine Learning, Generative AI and Agentic AI.Strongstakeholder managementskills, with the ability to work across Finance, business and technology teams.Ability to manage dependencies,
