What youll do

Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance Investigate, diagnose, and resolve technical issues Support engineers remotely when required Read and interpret technical documentation, manuals, diagrams,



and schematics Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues Contribute to issue resolution and continuous service improvement What were looking for Technical background (Vocational Training, Technical Degree, or equivalent) Advanced English level (C1 or higher) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication skills Customer-oriented mindset Ability and willingness to learn new technologies and systems Self-motivated attitude and ability to work independently Nice to have Experience or knowledge in any of the following areas is a plus: Linux and Windows environments Network configuration xugodme and troubleshooting Server installation and administration PLC programming Reading and interpreting electrical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics Troubleshooting PLC, VFD, and HMI systems ITIL certification Industrial printing knowledge Working schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00 or from 10:00 to 19:00, plus 1 weekend per month (6:00 to 18:00).

Travel Up to 25 travel may be required.
