About The Role This is not just another “marketing support” role. As Territory Marketing Manager, you’ll work side-by-side with the local sales team to understand what really matters to customers, translate commercial priorities into smart marketing action, and decide where to invest time, budget, and effort to make the biggest impact. You’ll be part of a collaborative, multi-disciplinary marketing team supporting Europe and Central Asia, meaning you will work with other Territory Marketing Managers covering different European markets; junior marketing colleagues supporting events, communications, and execution; the Southern Europe field sales team; product marketing teams, and our corporate marketing function.

What Will You Do Be a true partner to sales

Work closely with the field sales team to understand priorities, pipelines, and customer challenges

Own the local marketing strategy





Turn global and regional priorities into a focused, practical territory marketing plan

Make informed investment decisions across events, campaigns, PR, and content

Develop and support account-based marketing approaches

Deliver high-quality execution

Lead the planning and delivery of events, campaigns, and communications in your region

Ensure everything is on-brand, high-quality, and aligned with SITA’s global positioning

Manage local PR agencies, creative partners, and other suppliers as needed

Act as a trusted link between sales, product marketing, and general marketing teams

Translate product messages for the local market and feed insights back upstreamEnsure customers experience one SITA, not disconnected initiatives

Mentor and support more junior team members where relevant
