Educational Program Manager - Early Childhood (Remote)

Our client is seeking a dedicated Educational Program Manager to oversee their Early Childhood programs, operating on a 100% remote basis. This role is vital for developing, implementing, and refining educational strategies that foster holistic child development. You will work closely with a distributed team of educators, curriculum specialists, and administrative staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality early learning experiences. The idóneo candidate is passionate about early childhood education, possesses strong leadership and organizational skills, and excels at managing programs and teams virtually, ensuring consistency and excellence across all remote operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage the curriculum and educational content for early childhood programs, ensuring alignment with best practices.
- Provide leadership and support to a remote team of educators and program staff.
- Establish and monitor program quality standards, conducting virtual assessments and feedback sessions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new educational technologies and methodologies.
- Manage program budgets, resources,



and reporting requirements for remote operations .
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including parents, staff, and management, via virtual channels.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Pedagogy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in early childhood education , with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
- Proven ability to manage and lead remote teams effectively.
- Strong understanding of child development theories and curriculum design .
- Experience with virtual learning platforms and educational technology tools.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
