Your role

As an Operations Customer Expert, you will be one of the first points of contact for customers across the supported Spanish-speaking markets and the UK.

You will help customers with a wide range of questions — from account and billing issues to technical troubleshooting — while providing clear, professional and empathetic support.

You will join a multicultural, collaborative customer support team working with an internationally recognized entertainment brand.

Handle account management and billing inquiries

Explain our products, services and features clearly

Understand customer needs and identify the most appropriate solution

Maintain a positive, customer‑first approach throughout every interaction

Work effectively with colleagues in a fast‑paced, international environment

Language requirements

You must have:

Castilian Spanish — full fluency

English — B1 or above

Plus one of the following:

Basque

Catalan / Valencian

Galician

Your additional regional language will be used to support the relevant customer market.
