What do we do?

The Exoticca product team, we are a young and dynamic team, looking for the best and most creative commercial profiles to give a twist to the travel industry. Based in Barcelona in a multicultural atmosphere, we develop new destination offers and give traditional ones a new perspective through research, brainstorming and strong negotiations with our existing and new providers world-wide.

What do we do?

Join the Exoticca Product team—a commercial, young, and dynamic group working to give a new perspective to the travel industry. Based in our Barcelona HQ, we build new destination packages and revamp existing ones through market research, supplier negotiation, and continuous quality analysis.

Be part of a team where you will:

- Support Product Buyers in researching market trends, competitor pricing, and destination opportunities.
- Assist in reviewing and benchmarking supplier rates (land products, hotels, local activities, and tours) across international markets.
- Help prepare presentation materials and data briefs for supplier negotiations and contracting discussions.




- Support the audit of existing travel packages to ensure our lead price/quality positioning in key destination markets.
- Collaborate on maintaining partner portfolios and contact databases for ground handling agents and local DMC suppliers.
- Support cross-functional alignment with Flight, Brand, Sales, and Operations teams during new product launches.
- Learn how Exoticca manages high-value tour operating contracts and commercial product strategy from the inside.

Requirements

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Economics, Strategy, or a related field.
- Strong commercial mindset and interest in tour operation, destination contracting, and pricing analysis.
- High level of English and Spanish (written and spoken). Additional languages are a plus.
- Analytical skills and comfort working with Excel / Google Sheets (data benchmarking, cost analysis).
- Excellent communication and negotiation potential.
- Proactive attitude, organized, and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
- Genuine passion for travel and long-haul destinations.
- Previous professional experience is not required. Previous internships or academic projects related to tourism, travel agencies or tour operators will be considered a plus.
