Exalto consulting are currently recruiting for a contract US data security rule expert, this is initially 6 months, outside IR35, 100% remote working.

Skill for the role

- Experience applying external regulations in a Pharma R&D; setting
- Compliance, or the primary skill being R&D; so long as there is a little of the alternate skill set included
- Synonyms for US Data Security Rule = US DoJ, US Final Rule
- Use R&D;, clinical, legal or data protection experience to rapidly understand the regulation approach to compliance.
- Provide ‘hands-on’ day-to-day support for scientists and clinical teams in R&D;
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders,



following up on required actions to solve challenges
- Adapt quickly and work flexibly across multiple activities simultaneously
- Demonstrate initiative in identifying and solving problems; understand which problems can be solved directly and which need senior legal input.
