Position summary: The Account Manager will drive new business development, identifying and securing enterprise-level clients across multiple verticals in international markets — from initial prospecting through contract execution. Position summary: The Account Manager will drive new business development, identifying and securing enterprise-level clients across multiple verticals in international markets — from initial prospecting through contract execution. Their focus will be to grow TransPerfect´s solutions through new client acquisition and account expansion. The role requires a commercially-driven professional capable of engaging C-Level stakeholders in conversations around general growth, workflow modernization, and scalable content and technology solutions. Position responsibilities:

Identify and engage global enterprise prospects

Generate new business through proactive prospecting, industry networking, digital outreach, and participation in trade events





Adopt a consultative sales approach from qualification through negotiation and contract execution

Develop an understanding of client business models and identify and pitch international growth strategies

Position TransPerfect’s AI-enabled content, technology, and global solutions within broader digital transformation and operational initiatives

Collaborate with Sales Leadership to structure and close complex, multi-service enterprise agreements

Serve as a strategic partner for clients, aligning solutions with client needs

Once onboarded, monitor account performance and proactively identify and drive expansion opportunities through cross-sell and up-selling activities

Collaborate with Production and Technology teams to support smooth implementations and contribute to client satisfaction

With the support of Management, define pricing strategies, participate in contractual discussions, and revenue
