Responsibilities

Key ResponsibilitiesAuditing legal fees

Preparing reports for investors on delinquent loans

Tracking and managing foreclosure cases

Identifying opportunities to reduce costs throughout the foreclosure process

Working with the Technology team to automate repetitive tasks

Maintaining accurate Protective Advance records

Ensuring a smooth and accurate invoicing process

Supporting reconciliations with the Accounting team

Coordinating urgent payments to keep the foreclosure process running smoothly

Analyzing loans with significant losses





Coordinating with attorneys on deficiency collections

Collaborating with the Payoff team to ensure payoff figures are accurate

Qualifications

Candidate ProfileEducation: Recent bachelor's or master's degree with a strong academic track record.

Required Skills

Experience: 3+ years of professional work experience.

Language Skills: Fluency in English; professional working proficiency is required.

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Industry Interest: Strong interest in the real estate sector and an understanding of broader macroeconomic trends.

Analytical Mindset: Excellent analytical skills, including financial modeling, projections, and stress-testing capabilities.

Soft Skills: Dedicated problem solver with a can-do attitude, strong work ethic, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
