About The Role The Credit team at Revolut creates and scales lending features that power global growth. They manage the entire product lifecycle, from backend systems to customer-facing experiences. By combining market insight, risk expertise, and technical precision, they deliver safe, forward-thinking solutions tailored to each region.

We're looking for a Collections Manager to build out our in-country processes and procedures. You'll also oversee continuous high performance of the team as we launch and scale features and services.

What You'll Be Doing





Leading the development of compliant and effective debt collections processes

Ensuring the collections process is efficient and compliant with applicable laws and regulations

Owning and managing the end-to-end debt collections process for retail credit portfolios

Optimising in-house and outsourced collection capability with best-in-class contact and cure rates, using the latest technology and analytics

Documenting policies and procedures for debt collection and recoveries

Developing, managing, and refining collection strategies to optimise recoveries

Continuously improving collection processes, metrics, and tools

Effectively selecting and overseeing debt collection agencies (DCAs) to ensure SLA adherence

What You'll Need

5+ years of experience in debt collection and recoveries in retail banking, fintech, or DCA

Fluency in English and Portuguese

Experience creating and documenting collections processes

A solid understanding of debt portfolio management, debt sales, and debt restructuring

Knowledge of credit products, local debt collection laws, and relevant regulations

Great performance and relationship management skills with third-party service providers

A highly analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills

Curiosity and a drive to identify and implement improvements to automate wherever possible
