Nord Recruitment is seeking a Head of Brand for an 8-figure DTC haircare brand, US-focused. This fully remote role offers EU-friendly hours and flexibility. You will own brand identity across visuals, tone, and playbook, and work hands-on with design, copy, shooting, and editing. You will lead creator-led growth, align brand with performance, and build a small team over time, reporting to CEO and COO. The role is fully remote with a compact team and rapid decision-making.
