Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to own and ship our internal automation roadmap. This role focuses on building production systems on top of AI models rather than training them. You will work with LangChain, LangGraph and other agent frameworks, and you will integrate OpenAI and Anthropic APIs for tool use and function calling, while developing internal tools to reduce manual hours across our design and development workflows.
