Role Overview Reporting to the Cluster Head of Sales OFF, you will be responsible for developing revenue and profitability for Sea Freight Forwarding activities in Spain, in close collaboration with France, Italy, and Yusen’s general network.

In this role, you will drive new business acquisition while ensuring the retention and growth of the existing customer portfolio.

You will also provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs and support the overall commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Develop Sea Freight Forwarding

business including B2B prospecting, lead qualification, and commercial pipeline growth.

Manage and retain a client portfolio

by offering customized solutions.

Build and negotiate commercial offers

in collaboration with procurement, pricing and operations teams, and participate in tenders.

Drive cross-selling initiatives

with other Business Units and promote vertical solutions and value-added services.

Work closely with operations

to optimize commercial strategy and provide insights on market trends.

Monitor commercial performance

including KPIs, CRM activity, and analysis of customer and trade lane results.

Support the operational implementation

of flows and SOPs with internal teams.

Integrate financial considerations

such as client solvency, pricing consistency, and potential involvement in collections.

Contribute to quality and continuous improvement

of internal processes and solutions.





What You Will Bring to the Role

At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the transport, logistics, or freight forwarding industry . Experience in Project Cargo would be a strong asset.

Solid knowledge of logistics and transport solutions, including

ocean and air freight

services.

Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to develop complex proposals, manage a sales pipeline, and successfully negotiate with customers.

Confidence in using CRM tools and managing sales opportunities from prospecting through to closing.

Professional English

is required; French / Italian would be highly appreciated.

An autonomous, proactive, and well-organized approach, with strong priority management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, combined with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Up to 2 days/week remote work

Compensation: the salary range for this position is between

60K€ and 70K€ gross annually , depending on experience and qualifications.
