Repsol is seeking a Wholesale Gas and LNG Legal Advisor in Madrid. The role focuses on coordinating and negotiating Master Sales/ Purchases Agreements, EFET, Acuerdo Marco, ISDAs, and other LNG/ gas contracts, with a strong emphasis on risk assessment and cross-border matters. You will work in a hybrid setup, liaising with Front Office, Legal, Credit, and Compliance teams, and contribute to contract templates and governance processes. English and Spanish fluency are essential.
