Volkswagen Group Services Valencia is building a new Level 2 IT Operations service for TRATON R&D; digital products—vehicle connectivity, FOTA/OTA campaigns, telematics, and fleet APIs. This is a greenfield operation where the first team will define the running model, runbooks, and incident handling. As a Level 2 IT Operations Engineer, you will diagnose incidents beyond Level 1 scope, document reproducible cases for Level 3, and help deliver automated, reliable services.
