You will work closely with a distributed team of educators, curriculum specialists, and administrative staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality early learning experiences. Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage the curriculum and educational content for

early childhood

programs, ensuring alignment with best practices.

Provide leadership and support to a remote team of educators and program staff.

Establish and monitor program quality standards, conducting virtual assessments and feedback sessions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new educational technologies and methodologies.

Requirements

Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Pedagogy, or a related field.
