Necesitamos incorporar en nuestra oficina de Madrid un/a Recepcionista a jornada parcial en horario de tarde (30h/semana). Funciones

Controlar y registrar las entradas y salidas de clientes y visitas. Comunicar las visitas a las secretarias y los abogados con el fin de asegurar que las visitas tengan una buena imagen del despacho. Gestión de las solicitudes de reserva de salas y atención a las necesidades de las reuniones en curso. Recibir y atender a clientes. La persona seleccionada será

Proactiva y muy organizada. Comprometida con la calidad del servicio y entendimiento del cliente. Recomendable estudios de protocolo. Nivel alto de inglés (C1). Condiciones

Tipo de contrato: Indefinido. Horario: Jornada de tarde (15:00 a 21:00). Salario: 17.450€ (17.478,75€) Salary: €17.478,8 34 días laborales de vacaciones/año. Protegido de vida y de orfandad.
