Pluxee is seeking a Junior Product Designer in Madrid to contribute to the design and evolution of scalable benefits, keeping the user at the center. You will join a corporate yet dynamic environment where innovation, empathy, and user experience drive everything we do. You’ll ideate, prototype, and test concepts in Figma, support user research, and design small features with autonomy while collaborating on larger initiatives with the team. Fluent Spanish and English are expected.
