Frontend Lead Engineer – Prime (Hybrid) – Barcelona/MadridWe are seeking an experienced engineering manager to lead a team of backend and frontend engineers as a Lead Engineer for e Dreams Odigeo’s Prime travel subscription platform. The role focuses on expanding our subscriber base and ensuring high-performance, AI‑driven customer experiences.ResponsibilitiesAs a Lead Engineer you will:Work with a modern tech stack (ES6, React JS, Graph QL, SASS, styled‑components, Docker, Git, CI/CD, Jest, Cypress) to accelerate llaborate with Product, Business, Architecture, and Data Science to shape technical strategy and ensure optimal module performance.Translate functional specifications into scalable, high‑performance technical designs and code, breaking work into actionable tasks.Promote technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.Lead a cross‑functional agile team of 7–10 experienced engineers.Participate in talent acquisition and onboarding, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.Manage performance, set goals, and prioritise work to balance team capacity.Build team identity, engagement, and dynamics in collaboration with an agile coach.Act as a mentor, helping others develop skills and careers.QualificationsMust have:Strong coding, OO design, system design, performance tuning, and design pattern experience.Proficiency in Java Script and related codebases.Experience with distributed, concurrent,
