You'll be leading a team of experienced recruiters while continuing to develop your own client portfolio, win new business and deliver senior permanent appointments across specialist markets. /p p If you enjoy coaching people but don't want to lose the commercial side of recruitment, this is a genuine opportunity to do both. /p h3 The role /h3 ul li Lead, coach and develop a team of 3-4 recruiters. /li li Continue building your own permanent recruitment desk. /li li Win and grow strategic client relationships across the French market. /li li Deliver high-value permanent recruitment projects. /li li Promote solution-led recruitment, including retained and project‑based hiring. /li li Help shape the future growth of the permanent division alongside senior leadership. /li /ul h3 We're looking for someone who has: /h3 ul li A strong background in permanent recruitment.
