This role sits at the intersection of product, payments technology, and regulatory compliance, and will own the end-to-end lifecycle of wallet and card solutions — from product vision to scheme integration, launch, and optimization.The idóneo candidate combines strong product thinking with hands-on understanding of Payment Accounts, card issuing payment rails, digital wallets and core banking integrations.What You’ll OwnDefine and execute the strategic roadmap for Payment Accounts, Debit Cards, and Digital Wallet capabilities, aligning with company growth strategy, regulatory requirements, and market opportunitiesContinuously evaluate market trends, competitive offerings, and customers need to identify opportunities for new product features, monetization models.Design and oversee the end-to-end card and wallet ecosystem architecture, integrating internal and external systemsDrive end-to-end testing and validation to ensure Accounts and Card functionalities operate seamlessly across all platforms during each product implementation and releasePrioritize initiatives and maintain a structured product backlog and delivery roadmap balancing regulatory, operational,



and customer experience needs.Gather and prioritize requirements from internal stakeholders including business, operations, compliance, and customer supportDefine functional requirements and translate business requirements into clear product specifications for core banking capabilities supporting payment accounts and CardsDrive innovation in wallet functionality includes card controls, real-time payments, tokenised payments, APY, Multicurrency and digital banking capabilities.Manage strategic relationships with card schemes (e.G., Visa / Mastercard), card processors, and other payment infrastructure providersDefine and manage the full product lifecycle of Payment Account and Card productsEnsure operational teams have the processes, tools, and documentation needed to support payment products effectivelyEnsure strong program governance, tracking delivery progress, managing risks, and ensuring timely resolution of blockersCompetenciesStrategic thinking with strong execution mindsetStrong technical fluencyStructured program managementData-driven decision makingVendor management expertiseExcellent stakeholder communication skillsExperience, Skills and AbilitiesWhat We’re Looking For5+ years in fintech, payments, or digital bankingHands‑on experience with card issuing programs and digital wallet integrationsExperience working with third-party processors and core banking platformsAbility to translate strategy into scalable productThis is a high-impact role for someone who can bridge product vision and technical execution to build best‑in‑class wallet and card experiences
