This is an opportunity to take ownership of critical security platforms, contribute to Zero Trust and Cloud Security initiatives, and play a key role in strengthening enterprise-wide cybersecurity across complex Windows, Linux, and Azure environments.Hybrid role based in MadridYour ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior PAM Specialist, you will be responsible for the design, operation, and continuous evolution of key Privileged Access Management platforms and security services.Key DutiesDesign, implement, administer, and enhance PAM solutions across the organizationTake ownership of critical security platforms, including: Cyber Ark Privileged Account Security (PASS)Cyber Ark Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM)RSA Secur ID / MFASSH Jump ServersManage the complete platform lifecycle: MaintenancePatchingUpgradesVulnerability remediationPerformance optimizationProvide advanced troubleshooting and operational support in Windows and Linux environmentsSupport Zero Trust and Cloud Transformation initiatives, including Azure-based security projectsWork with technical and business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify risks, and improve security processesAnalyze existing security controls and recommend enhancements to strengthen privileged access governanceDevelop documentation, testing procedures, and knowledge-sharing practicesAutomate operational processes and improve platform efficiency through scripting and modern toolingCollaborate with Infrastructure, Security Operations, Engineering teams, vendors, and external partnersSupport the adoption of emerging technologies, including AI-powered cybersecurity tools such as Microsoft CopilotRequired Experience5+ years of experience within Cybersecurity, IAM, PAM, or Security Engineering environmentsStrong knowledge of Privileged Access Management concepts, privileged accounts,
