In this role, you will lead MV/HV grid connection engineering for renewable energy projects and work closely with diverse teams and external partners across the full project lifecycle.What you will do:Lead MV/HV electrical studies and ensure compliance with German Grid Code and technical standardsCoordinate grid connection activities with DSO/TSO stakeholders and support negotiations for interconnection solutionsSupport construction and commissioning activities for PV plants and interconnection facilitiesProvide technical expertise for MV/HV engineering, protection studies, and cable sizingSupport procurement activities by reviewing technical offers and contributing to equipment selection and FAT processesDrive continuous improvement of grid connection processes, reporting tools, and technical guidelinesWhat you bring & who you are:Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical fieldSeveral years of experience in renewable energy grid connection projects or within a German grid operator environmentStrong knowledge of MV/HV electrical design, German Grid Code,



and DSO/TSO proceduresExperience with electrical simulation tools such as Dig Silent or ETAP and knowledge of Auto CADStructured and solution-oriented way of working with strong communication and project management skillsIdeally, experience supporting multidisciplinary teams across development, engineering, procurement, and constructionFluency in German and EnglishEven if you do not meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply.
