You’ll analyze sites, collaborate with developers, and execute fixes that drive measurable growth. /p p Important: This is a US Eastern Time (EST) role. /p p You must be available from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm EST (that’s roughly 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm in most of Western Europe). /p p Yes, of course you can take a dinner break, we’re flexible, as long as you’re available during those hours for team and client collaboration. /p h3 What You’ll Do /h3 ul li Conduct full technical SEO audits using tools like Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console. /li li Identify and fix crawl, indexing, and site architecture issues.



/li li Implement and advise on Core Web Vitals, structured data, redirects, canonicals, and large-scale optimization projects. /li li Work closely with developers to ensure fixes are implemented properly. /li li Measure performance and report on tangible results such as organic traffic, conversions, and revenue. /li li Collaborate with the broader search marketing team (content, paid, backlinks) to align strategies across channels. /li /ul h3 What We’re Looking For /h3 ul li3+ years of technical SEO experience (agency or in-house). /li li Strong understanding of site structure, page speed, schema, and crawl optimization. /li li Experience with Shopify, Word Press, or other major CMS platforms. /li li Excellent English, both written and verbal. You’ll communicate with team members and occasionally clients. /li li Comfortable working full-time during EST hours. /li li Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized.
