This role will play a key part in designin g scalable and competitive people practices aligned with business objectives across multiple international markets.The Role Total Rewards Strategy & DesignSupport and evolve the compan y’s global rewards philosophy across different employee populations and geographies. Cond uct market benchmarking initiatives, salary reviews, and compensation analysis to maintain competitive positioning. Design and maint ain salary bands, bonus schemes, and incentive structures aligned with business goals. Ensure consistency, transparency, and compliance across international compensation practices.Performance Management Build and continuously imp rove performance evaluation frameworks that connect employee impact with reward mechanisms. Partner closelywith HRBPs and leadershipteams to ensure performance standards are applied consistently across the organization. Develop calibration processes and measurable evaluation criteria to sup port fair and objective talent assessments.Operational Execution Create and maintain the tools,



processes, documentation, and metrics required to su pport compensation and performancecycles. Coord inate annual salary reviews, compensation adjustments, and variable compensation processes. Ensure reward and performance operation s are scalable and efficient within a fast-growing environment.Governance & Analytics Analyze compensation and performance data to provide insightsaround market positioning, pay equity, and talenttrends. Support governance and compliance across all compensation and performance workflows. Prepare reports, dashboards, and financial analyses to support leadership decision-making.What We Are Looking ForSolid International experienc e within Compensation & Benefits and/or Performance Management roles, id eally in multinational or high-growth environments. Strong understa nding of Spanish labor regulations and compensationpractices. Know ledge of salary structures, benchmarking methodologies, bonus schemes, and incentiveprograms. Experience supporting ormanaging performance evaluation frameworks. Advanced Excel skills and familiar ity with HRIS platforms and people analytics tools. Ability to work independently while partnering effectively with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders. Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities, with a hands-onapproach. Comfortablecreating processes, frameworks, and structures from scratch in evolving environments.
