PSA actively collaborates with its customers and partners to deliver world-class port services alongside, develop innovative cargo solutions and co-create an Internet of Logistics. /pp PSA BDP focuses on supporting cargo owners to ensure their supply chain is resilient, agile, sustainable, and cost efficient. /ppb Position Summary: /b /pp The Regional Head of Contract Logistics is responsible the growth of the product within the responsible geography as set by the global head of product. /pulli The main responsibility is to establish compitencies and capability to drive Contract Logistics within the region /lili Recruit, manage and develop key resources in line with business priorities /lili Develop execute the product growth startegy for the region in alignment with the integral product head /lili Profitable growth and expansion of business footprint through executing Contract Logistics strategy, including business development, customer acquisition, local implementation, tender handling, and alignment with the global Solution Design Center of Excellence (Co E) /lili Manage PL, GP, EBIT ensuring profitability of individual site/ country working closely with local operations team /lili Review,



negotiate and endorse customer and vendor contracts /lili Review and create investment papers for specific investments in key indetified markets /lili Identify and create collaboration models including partnerships and JVs to fast track capability development /lili Focus on cost-to-serve, asset utilization, customer pipeline, combined KPIs, and regional CL strategy execution /lili Lead critical RFQs to ensure the delivery of optimal solutions that meet both customer and internal needs /lili Foster collaboration between country and product leaders within PSA BDP to meet customer requirements /lili Provide leadership and support for analyzing potential MA targets as part of the product team. /li /ul Exemption Typep Job Requirements /ppb Person Specifications / Profile: /b /pulli Minimum of 10+ years experience within contract logistics working for a major 3 PL with experience in PL management, Solution Design, Operatins Management /lili Experience in managing and working with regional/ global teams /lili A people leader who is able to work with ease alongside internal and external stakeholders /lili Expereince in handling customers across focus verticals, namely, Life Science Health, Retail, Enterprise Electronics, EV, Chemical verticals /lili Strong, demonstrable expereince and skills, in 1 or more of the following areas:ulli Warehusing Distribution /lili End to End Supply Chain planning and management /li /ul /lili Strong personal effectiveness as a team player, change agent and demonstrated perseverance to drive and achieve desired outcomes /lili Ability to communicate at senior executive level, both internally and externally /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
