Essential Skills 6+ Years of software development experience with Java, Spring Boot and Event‑Driven Architectures. Experience designing microservices, K8s, containerization (Docker) and Kafka messaging systems. Knowledge of relational and No SQL databases and caching.



Implementing resilience patterns (e.G., retries, circuit breakers, graceful degradation). Designing and maintaining monitoring dashboards (e.G., metrics, logs, traces) and alerts to proactively detect issues. Hands‑on experience developing highly scalable RESTful end‑to‑end microservices.
