You will assist business customers with printer troubleshooting, software-related inquiries, technical issues, and consumable orders through phone and email.
Your Responsibilities Provide Portuguese-speaking B2B customer service and support via phone and email.Assist customers with software-related inquiries and basic technical problems.Process and manage orders Document customer interactions and technical issues using CRM and ticketing systems Deliver professional, accurate, and solution-oriented customer support.Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality. What We Are Looking For Native-level or C1 proficiency in Portuguese.B2 English proficiency for training, internal communication, and knowledge base access.Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.Good computer literacy and confidence using digital tools.Strong problem-solving, customer service, and business communication skills.Ability to work independently in a remote environment.Customer-focused, professional, and solution-oriented mindset.
